This is a 1.5" Type DC Camlock dust cap in polypropylene (PP) – a female cam-and-groove stop end designed to seal and protect 1.5" male adapters when not in use.

Type DC dust caps feature cam arms only. Pull back the arms, place the cap over the 1.5" male adapter’s groove-ring, then release the arms to lock securely in place, creating a leak-resistant seal.
