Each demijohn comes with a rubber bung cork and matching airlock: simply push the bung into the mouth of the bottle, then fit the airlock into the bung’s central hole to vent CO₂ while preventing outside contaminants. The bottles also feature pre-formed divets on the neck for optional swing-top cap compatibility.
A sturdy glass carry handle, moulded into the shoulder, ensures safe, comfortable transport when moving fermenters or racking to secondary.
